Bogor
The city was once called Buitenzorg during the colonial time and it was the European's favourite place to spend their weekends. We understand why. The cool weather and the location, near the mountains, is one of the main reasons. So, we want to take you on a walk and hear the stories of this city! The walk starts in Bogor commuter train station and passes several historical buildings, i.e. Taman Topi, the mayor's office, Bogor cathedral, Zebaoth church, and ends in the famous botanical garden to see monuments, a graveyard, and, of course, the presidential palace where the current president lives from afar.
